There’s something powerful about returning. About longevity. About staying the course.

This weekend on Artimacy, I sit down with the radiant Ann Nesby as she celebrates 30 years in the music industry and the release of her latest album, ANNiversary. At 70, she’s not looking back, she’s moving forward.

We’ll also celebrate 50 years of Go-Go, highlighting the D.C. sound that refuses to disappear, alongside a curated playlist rooted in resilience and reinvention.

Tune in Saturday and Sunday at 8 PM ET on 96.3 HD4 and online at dcradio.gov.

Let’s celebrate staying power.

Thank you so much for including me again Marcus J. Moore! Link in bio!

Her intricate phrasing and live improvisational skills made her a cornerstone for artists of all sorts. Listen to songs chosen by 10 musicians and writers who consider her a north star.

Today, as I celebrate my personal new year, I’m giving thanks for the salt of who I am. I’m intentionally focusing on what brings me joy, and how I can show myself the same love, care, advocacy, and loyalty that I so willingly give to others. This season, I unapologetically make room for my needs and am finally grateful for the essence of who I am. I appreciate the people in my life that love and support me unconditionally. I am truly blessed. Here’s to “me” season!! Happy birthday, Keanna!! ❤️🎂🎁🎉🎈
