Healing Hearts, Not Counting Borders ❤
Amir, a five-year-old from Jabalia, Gaza. Born with a severe heart defect, his parents feared they would lose him—until they were connected with Israeli doctors at Wolfson Medical Center. In November 2022, Amir underwent life-saving open-heart surgery, becoming the 3,000th Palestinian child saved by SACH. His mother, overwhelmed with gratitude, said softly, “We trust the Israeli doctors completely. They saved my son’s life.”
At Save a Child’s Heart (SACH), an Israeli humanitarian organization, thousands of children from across the world—including from the Palestinian territories and Gaza—have been given a second chance at life. Behind every statistic is a child whose heart was mended, whose future was saved, because doctors chose to see a patient, not a passport.
Lama, was a six-month-old baby girl from Gaza, whose parents were told she had a life-threatening heart condition. With no treatment available at home, she was rushed to Israel, where Israeli and Arab doctors worked together to save her tiny heart. In that moment, borders didn’t matter—only saving a life did.
Every day, Israeli medical teams open their hearts to children who need them most, regardless of nationality, religion, or politics. Because at the end of the day, a child’s heart knows no borders.
💙 Israel is not just innovating in medicine—it is changing lives, healing the world, and proving that humanity can triumph over division.
