A Retrospective Multimedia Presentation of the Depeche Mode Catalog A collaborative project between two artists originally from Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

MODE2K is a seamless set with both audio & video synchronized in real-time using VJ banks, captured from high-quality sources complemented by Shunt and N:Mode’s revision of the original audio tracks. The concept was developed when the two recently connected to document their experience with supporting Andy Fletcher's DJ tour. SHUNT //

nt comes with over 20 years of experience in running, promoting and playing at DM and New Wave events across Europe and US. He is a founder of depeche-mode.org and former resident DJ for the New York DM crew (2009-2013). His portfolio includes closing sets for Recoil in New York and Prague, opening for Camouflage, De/Vision, Seabound, numerous parties in Europe and the US. N:MODE //
Nick Sabev (N:Mode) has spent the last 15 years living across Europe & Australia while organizing and playing at various musical events. Founder of house & techno vinyl-only label Druzhba as well as founding member of the house duo Fuzoku, Nick kicked off his DJ career in 2007 when he opened for Andy Fletcher (Depeche Mode / Mute Records). Currently, he is the leading force behind several musical concepts such as Movement at Tell Me (Sofia, Bulgaria) where he also performs under his house & techno moniker - Fuueihou.

More powerful shots courtesy of Pink Tsonk from our audio-visual show at SOFIA LIVE CLUB last week during Depeche-Mode.org Convention 2026.

That night meant a lot to us. Over the past few years we’ve had the chance to play lots of gigs across Europe and North America, but coming home always hits differently.

There’s something special about seeing familiar faces in the crowd, hearing every lyric come back from the room, and feeling that connection build stronger as the night unfolds.

For nearly three hours, we shared music, visuals, old & new favourites, unreleased edits, and the kind of moments that remind us exactly why we do this in the first place — and you stayed with us through every second of it.

Thank you to all fans who came out, danced, sang, and lost themselves in the moment with us. You made this show one we’ll remember for a long time.

Sofia — yeah… that was special.

Big thanks to everyone who packed SOFIA LIVE CLUB for our biggest homeland show yet. Almost three hours, sweaty, loud, and a set packed with Depeche Mode (obviously), but also bits of Kraftwerk, Orbital, Nitzer Ebb, Nine Inch Nails, Klas, Revyu, New Generation, Kate Bush, Duran Duran, Camouflage, The Cure, De/Vision, Bowie and more.

Unreleased edits, left turns, and a crowd that stayed with us the whole way.

Some great shots from an unforgettable night at the beautiful Central Military Club in the heart of Sofia earlier this month, where 1/2 of Mode2k — N:Mode, had the chance to share the stage with Ostava & New Generation for an extended DJ set blending cold wave, dark wave, new wave, dreampop, electronica, and a touch of nostalgia house.

It felt damn good to be back in New York City last weekend playing at DROM.

We ended up performing for almost three hours with a revamped audio-visual set — a mix of deep cuts and crowd favourites — to a sold-out room in the heart of the East Village.

Huge thanks to DJ Ash NYC for the awesome sets before / after and to Depeche Mode Fanclub New York for having us.

Already excited to be back in 2026.
