Here’s your sign to try Jasmine Caribbean Cuisine. 🌴✨

Located just minutes from Times Square, this restaurant was the perfect spot for my brother and me to enjoy a night out in the city.

We kicked things off with the Scandal Rum Punch and One Love Colada, then shared the fried calamari and chicken empanadas. For our entrées, I ordered the Surf & Turf, featuring steak and seafood, while my brother went with the oxtail with rice and peas. To top it all off, we ended with the bread pudding and it did not disappoint.

Lavender By The Bay is a 17-acre lavender farm with more than 80,000 plants, and it smells just as amazing as you’d imagine. Between the views, the fresh air, and the endless rows of purple, it’s such a fun day trip from NYC.

Stopped by while shopping with my mom and the food did not disappoint.

What I got:
• Steak wrap
• Cucumber Fresh Mint Lemonade

Everything tasted super fresh, the staff were so sweet, and that cucumber lemonade was honestly my favorite. Save this spot for your next Ridgewood day out.
