Frankly, we’re obsessed with today’s episode of She’s My Cherry Pie! Our guest is chef, recipe developer, and food writer Farideh Sadeghin (). She just released her new book, “The Hot Dog Cookbook: 50 Recipes for the World’s Best Food,” and she joins host to talk about the classic, international, and creative recipes inside it. 🌭⁠

Farideh also shares stories about growing up in an Iranian Italian household, how she discovered cooking after college, and her adventures working as a chef in New Zealand before eventually landing in test kitchens in NYC. ⁠

Then, the duo dive into Farideh’s Klobásník recipe—a savory pastry with a yeasted dough traditionally wrapped around sausage, adapted by Czech immigrants who settled in Texas. Farideh makes hers with hot dogs, Cheddar, and jalapeño.⁠ 🧀

What does “Being Bold” mean to you? That’s what asked our guests this year at our Jubilee conference, and the results are powerful reminders to be yourself, take risks, have courage, and enjoy life!

The legendary French brand has a long history of celebrating boldness and female entrepreneurship, starting with Barbe Nicole Clicquot Ponsardin. Madame Clicquot, as she was known, was just 27 when she took over her family’s champagne house in 1805, following the death of her husband. Barbe Nicole went on to revolutionize winemaking with her invention of the riddling table, the creation of the world’s first vintage champagne, and the first known blended rosé champagne.

Girls trip!! 💃 Last week, and her friends visited , the culinary school that’s high on our bucket list. The school, located in Beane, France, is run by mother/daughter duo Marjorie Taylor and Kendall Smith Franchini. Everybody made soufflés and gourgères and other deliciousness. ⁠

We’re living vicariously through Ina’s pictures and might have to crack open one of the Cook’s Atelier cookbooks this weekend.

It’s not Jubilee Happy Hour without a little bubbly!  Guests enjoyed Brut Yellow Label Champagne to toast the end of an inspiring day, and had the opportunity to share their experiences of entrepreneurship, taking risks, and Being Bold in a special V***e Clicquot storytelling booth. ⁠

An icon serving up an icon! 🌭❤️ We’re so excited to have Chef Sohui Kim taking part in the Hot Dog Edit, Cherry Bombe’s special food truck pop-up in collaboration with and at on Thursday, May 28th.⁠

We’ll be serving Chef ’s dream hot dog, which is topped with chili that’s been seasoned bulgogi style, plus kimchi, scallions, sweet onions, and a cheesy melted sauce.⁠

Sohui is the chef and co-owner of two Brooklyn restaurants, the historic .and.tollner and the Korean bbq & karaoke spot . ⁠

You can reserve Sohui’s hot dog in advance through the OpenTable x Visa Dining Collection. A limited number of day-of dogs will be available with an eligible Visa card. Available while supplies last.⁠
