I came for the view… but stayed for the canelazo.

Have you ever eaten a fish that looks like it belongs in a horror movie? 😳🐟

Because I just did.

We landed in Quito and made a beeline where the chef brought out a scorpion fish that had just arrived from the Galápagos. After seeing it up close, I was seriously questioning my life choices... but one bite later and I completely understood the hype!

We also had the most beautiful tuna tartare, giant fresh oysters, and my husband ordered the shrimp molcajete with some of the biggest shrimp we've ever seen. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and worth talking about.

We ended the meal with coffee and dessert, and honestly, if this is how Ecuador is starting, we're in for an incredible trip.

Would you try scorpion fish?

POV: You survive Miami Swim Week and somehow come home with an entire suitcase full of products. 😂✨

Between the runway shows, rooftop events, gifting lounges, and brand activations, I collected more swag than I ever thought possible. From beauty and skincare to fashion, wellness, and lifestyle products, every lounge was packed with brands introducing their latest launches and best-sellers.

One of the most exciting parts of Swim Week is getting the chance to discover new brands, meet the people behind them, and test out products before they hit everyone's radar. Every event seemed to have something new to explore, and by the end of the week, my collection had grown into hundreds of products.

I was so honored when asked to dress me for their Miami Swim Week Runway Show. They overnighted this stunning black dress from England, and it couldn't have been more perfect for the occasion.

Miami Swim Week never disappoints, and brought the energy!

From vibrant swimwear and effortless resort looks to one of the biggest surprise moments of the week, this show had it all. The crowd went wild when hit the runway, followed by her husband , making an already unforgettable show even more exciting. And the surprises didn't stop there—guests were treated to incredible gift bags packed with goodies.
