So we all know that holding a champagne flute by its stem protects from the warmth of a drinker's hand; equally important is the narrow opening to the "bowl" which allows for maximum bubble retention. Bottoms up!

Lesson learned during last night's shoot: "7g/1" on the back label of Champagne means 7 GRAMS of sugar per 1 LITER of champagne. (Bruts fall anywhere between 0-12 grams.)
