INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup mixed nuts or peanuts (peanuts) - 80 g
2-3 ripe bananas – (1-1/2 cup banana puree) – 375g
1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa - 50 g

Grandma's Quick Lentil Bread Recipe for a healthy breakfast! No flour, no
Ingredients:
140g lentils
Water (to soak)
50ml water
30ml olive oil
Salt
30g psyllium husk
1 teaspoon ground coriander
5g baking powder
Vegetable oil (for greasing)
Black sesame seeds
Instructions:
Rinse the lentils thoroughly, then soak them in water for 8 hours or overnight. This allows them to swell and remove excess water.
After soaking, drain the lentils and transfer them to a blender.
Add 50ml of water and 30ml of olive oil to the blender.
Blend the lentils until smooth.
Add another 50ml of water, salt to taste, psyllium husk, and ground coriander to the blender. Blend until well combined.
Finally, add the baking powder to the mixture and blend again until everything is evenly incorporated.
Grease your hands with vegetable oil and shape the dough into a loaf.
Place the shaped dough on a baking sheet and sprinkle some black sesame seeds on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack.
Slice and serve your delicious lentil bread.

Ingredients:
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
200 ml milk (100 ml + 100 ml)
1 tsp vanilla extract
20 g melted butter
Zest of 1 lemon
180 g wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
4-5 apples, peeled and grated
Juice of half a lemon
Cinnamon and sugar for sprinkling
Powdered sugar for garnish
Butter for greasing the cake tin
Instructions:
Prepare the Batter:
In a large mixing bowl, beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt.
Add 100 ml of milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 20 g of melted butter, and the zest of 1 lemon. Mix well.
Gradually add 180 g of wheat flour and 1 tsp of baking powder to the mixture, stirring to combine.
Add the remaining 100 ml of milk and mix until you have a smooth batter.
Prepare the Apples:
Peel 4-5 apples and grate them on a coarse grater.
Stir in the juice of half a lemon to prevent the apples from browning.
Combine and Bake:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
Grease a cake tin with butter.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin.
Evenly distribute the grated apples over the batter.
Sprinkle the top with cinnamon and sugar to taste.
Bake the Pie:
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the pie cool well in the tin before removing it.

2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk (any kind)
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for topping
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
Prepare Zucchini:
Place the thinly sliced zucchinis in a large mixing bowl. Add minced garlic, chopped onion, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, rolled oats, beaten eggs, milk, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a food processor, pulse the walnuts until finely chopped, but not powdered. Transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
Remove the pits from the dates and chop them finely. Add them to the bowl with the walnuts.
Add the rolled oats and cocoa powder to the bowl, and mix everything together until well combined.
Melt the dark chocolate either in a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring in 20-second intervals until smooth. Once melted, add the vegetable oil to the chocolate and mix until fully incorporated.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the walnut, date, and oat mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated.

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup (100 g) rolled oats or prepared oat flour
2 medium or 4 small apples
3.5 ounces (100 g) raisins, rinsed in hot water
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
Cooking spray or oil, for greasing
Maple syrup or honey, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
Preheat your oven to 360°F (180°C).
If using rolled oats, you can either leave them as they are or grind them into oat flour using a food processor.
Core and thinly slice the apples. If preferred, you can peel them as well.
Rinse the raisins in hot water to soften them.
Mash the Bananas:

Ingredients:
1/2 cabbage (300g)
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 carrot
1 zucchini
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 chili pepper
1 apple
Parsley
Dill
Ginger
1 orange
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions:
Thinly slice the cabbage and place it in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle with 1/3 teaspoon of salt and toss to combine. Let it sit for 10 minutes to soften.
Julienne or grate the carrot and zucchini, then add them to the bowl with the cabbage.
Finely chop the chili pepper and add it to the bowl.
Core and dice the apple, then add it to the salad bowl.
Chop the parsley and dill and add them to the salad.

1 glass of yogurt and bake in 20 minutes, incredibly fast and delicious!
Recipe and preparation:
120 grams of yogurt (1.5 cups)
60 ml of water.
50 ml of sunflower oil.
1 egg white.
1 tablespoon lemon juice + 1 teaspoon salt + 1 tablespoon sugar.
baking powder 1 teaspoon.
350 grams of flour (3.5 cups).
25 grams of butter.
Knead the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Fresh herbs to taste and soft cheese.
grease with yolk with sunflower oil.
sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
