Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
Prepare Potato Crust:
Place the grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth and squeeze out as much excess moisture as possible.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, beaten egg, all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form Crust:
Transfer the potato mixture to the prepared baking sheet. Use your hands to press and spread the mixture evenly to form a thin crust, about 1/4 inch thick. Ensure the edges are slightly thicker to form a crust.
Bake:
Bake the potato crust in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.

Remove the baked potato crust from the oven. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add your desired toppings such as sliced pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and fresh basil leaves.
Bake Again:
Return the topped pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
