Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Stuffed Shells

Ingredients:

1 jar (16 oz) Alfredo sauce
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 cups cooked broccoli, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
21 jumbo pasta shells, cooked
1½ - 2 cups spaghetti sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix Alfredo sauce, shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon the mixture evenly into the cooked pasta shells.
Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick cooking spray. If using spaghetti sauce, spread it evenly across the bottom of the dish.
Arrange the stuffed shells in a single layer in the prepared dish.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 35 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
Serve warm and enjoy!

Peanut Butter Microwave Fudge

Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and unsalted butter. Microwave on high for 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.

Once melted, stir in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt (if using). Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Pour the mixture into a greased or lined 8x8-inch baking dish. Spread it evenly using a spatula.

If you’d like, sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top of the fudge for added texture and flavor.

Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

Once set, cut the fudge into small squares and enjoy!

1 cup water
1 cup ketchup
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup vinegar
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon salt
2 pounds beef back ribs
Directions:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the water, ketchup, tomato paste, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and salt. Stir thoroughly until the barbeque sauce is smooth and well blended.
Arrange the beef back ribs in the slow cooker, ensuring they fit snugly but without overcrowding.
Pour the prepared barbeque sauce evenly over the ribs, making sure each piece is well coated.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the ribs are tender and the meat easily pulls away from the bones.
For a caramelized finish, transfer the ribs to a baking sheet after cooking and place them under the broiler for 3-5 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning.
Serve the ribs hot with your favorite side dishes, and enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth flavor!

Ingredients:

12 oz rigatoni pasta
1 lb steak tips, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tablespoons butter, divided
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the rigatoni until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sear the steak tips: While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak tips with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Sear the steak in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
Make the garlic butter: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

- 1 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 2 Tbsp creamy horseradish sauce (or to taste)
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1 (1-oz) packet Au Jus Gravy mix
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Separate each biscuit into two layers. Spread each layer with horseradish sauce.

🧂 1/4 tsp salt

🧈 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

🍬 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed

🍬 1/4 cup granulated sugar

🥚 1 large egg

🍦 1 tsp vanilla extract

🍬 1 cup toffee bits

🍫 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

🌲 Green food coloring

🎄 Christmas tree-shaped cookie cutters

Instructions

1. 🥣 Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
