Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Stuffed Shells
Ingredients:
1 jar (16 oz) Alfredo sauce
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 cups cooked broccoli, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
21 jumbo pasta shells, cooked
1½ - 2 cups spaghetti sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix Alfredo sauce, shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon the mixture evenly into the cooked pasta shells.
Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick cooking spray. If using spaghetti sauce, spread it evenly across the bottom of the dish.
Arrange the stuffed shells in a single layer in the prepared dish.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 35 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
Serve warm and enjoy!
