My new favorite dessert! Being that I love reeses peanut butter cups and could eat a whole bag of them, this is a good substitute. 1 cracker is 2 points and 5 tbsp of whipped topping is 1 point.

So I’ve been making my own brown sugar shaken espressos. Decided to try adding my protein shake to it instead of milk. Y’all it is so darn good!!!!!
1 1/2 tbs of brown sugar. Double shot of espresso. Fill cup with ice and then I top off with the shake (used 3/4 of it)

1 tsp – 1 TBS Instant SF pudding…
Frozen strawberries (instead of ice)…
Blend shake and pudding, add strawberries…

Someone suggest me whip cream instead of Cool whip.
Tonight’s dessert is brought to you by the fact that I desperately wanted apple pie... but, only had 5 pts left 😆
Pts breakdown ⬇️
❤️ 1 graham cracker broken and divided – 2 pts
❤️ 1/2 cup apple pie filling – 2 pts
❤️ 2 squirts of Reddi-Wip – 1 pt

This really was so good! I broke half the cracker and put it on the bottom, heated the apples up for 20 seconds, topped with the other half of the cracker and finished it off with Reddi-Wip and cinnamon 🥰

This is a must-try for high-protein goodies on a budget. Mix 1 container of fat-free Cool Whip with 1 box of Jell-O vanilla pudding mix + 1 box of Jell-O cheesecake pudding mix and freeze it in the freezer!! It's luscious, creamy, and gives me memories of cheesecake ice cream!! I also put graham cracker crumbs and vanilla wafer pieces on top, because you gotta live a little-6 Tbsp.
