Now? These jars live on the second shelf of my fridge.

Strawberry Greek yogurt + oats + granola + chocolate chunks = 25g protein and 0 stress.

Candy corn Jell-O shots! how cute are these! So cute and so festive you could make them alcohol free for kids also. 3 oz Box of Sugar-Free Lemon Jello ��3 oz Box of Sugar-Free Orange Jello ��2 cup Vodka ��Whipped Cream ��Candy Corn First, boil one cup of water for each jello packet.� Add jello mixture until dissolved.� Wait for jello to cool and then add in 1 cup of vodka to each mixture.� Fill up the plastic cup or half of your shot with yellow jello as the base.� Add to the fridge to set up for a few hours.� Next, add your orange jello mixture on top and add to the fridge to set up for a couple more hours.� Top with whipped cream and a candy corn!

I've a soft spot in my heart for this Dessert hack!!!
Take 1 container of Cool Whip Original, mix with 1 box of Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding + 1 can of Dole Crushed Pineapple (don’t drain the juice!). Chill it for a couple of hours, and you’ve got a creamy pineapple vanilla fluff that tastes like tropical heaven!! I topped mine with a few pineapple bits for that extra juicy bite – 8 Tbsp.

Italian Chicken Bowl 🥗🇮🇹

There’s mozzarella cheese, grilled chicken, red onions, shredded romaine, black olives, banana peppers, tomato slices (hiding under there 😋), and a few chunks of artichoke hearts.

Drizzled olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the top, then sprinkled oregano and a pinch of garlic powder. So fresh, filling, and totally low-carb — all the sub shop flavor without the bread! 🥙✨

Blended cottage cheese + Rotel + taco seasoning = the creamiest high-protein snack 🙌

✨ Recipe:
🧀 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
🥫 1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes & green chilies)
🌮 1 packet taco seasoning
👉 Blend until smooth & creamy

Pair it with pretzel crisps, veggie sticks, or tortilla chips → perfect for lunch or snacking 😍
