Threw this together last night 😋
Russet potatoes
Onions
Smoked sausage
Cheese
Garlic, parsley, butter, salt, pepper
- Cube potatoes and toss into ziploc bag with butter and seasonings to coat all the potatoes
- Bake at 375° until potatoes are mostly tender
- While potatoes bake, cut and fry onions and sausage
- Combine onions, sausage and potatoes
- Top with cheese
- Place back in oven for about 10-15 minutes until potatoes are fully cooked.
