It's one thing to attract clients, but it's another thing to RETAIN clients.⁠⠀

If there's anything I've learned it's that the relationship between my agency and my clients is really a partnership. This relationship promotes collaboration. There are things my client understands about their business and their market that I don't necessarily know and there are things that I understanding about videos and marketing that they don't necessarily know. ⁠⠀

When we approach our clients as partners in helping their business grows, something profound comes of it, you're business grows too! ⁠⠀
⁠⠀
Always communicate with them in the spirit of understanding, check in frequently (but don't smother them) and definitely ask for feedback!⁠⠀

When you are a person passionate about helping other people reach their goals, the question right after you ask someone what their goals are should be "why do you want to achieve this goal?" ⁠⠀

I hear a slew of responses:⁠⠀
⁠⠀
☑️ To be have more time with their family⁠⠀
☑️ To buy a new car⁠⠀
☑️ To impress people⁠⠀
☑️ To have extra money to put back into their business⁠⠀
⁠⠀
Whatever the reasons may be, it's so important for me to get very clear with them on what those goals mean to them. ⁠⠀
⁠⠀
Often times people will desire with no understanding why and when it comes time to invest in their business they get scared when it's not immediately profitable.⁠⠀
⁠⠀
But the truth is that your goals have to be so grand, so meaningful to you that you're willing to make the investment. That you're willing to take a leap of faith and plunge into the unknown. ⁠⠀
⁠⠀
Because at the end of the day, when you live in a mindset of abundance, financially, spiritually, emotionally...your desire to reach your goal will always outweigh the fear of what could happen going after it.⁠⠀

So always before investing in someone or something ask yourself how having this thing or working with this person aligns with your goals.⁠⠀

On this road of building a business, I think one of the most important things I've done to grow and see success is nurture, build and give back to my community.⁠⠀

The inspiration I feel from others is priceless, and this post is a reminder to myself that even when I am not feeling confident or feeling a little lost I have been helping and inspiring others just as much as I am being inspired!⁠⠀

One of the most profitable strategies I've employed into my marketing is a time methods (aka, FREE) linkedin marketing strategy. ⁠⠀

This is a strategy that helps you to⁠⠀
- appear approachable and business forward on your linkedin profile⁠⠀
⁠⠀
- find the exact people you're trying to convert into clients⁠⠀
⁠⠀
- systemize the outreach to your market on the platform to get high converting leads reaching out to you to do business!⁠⠀

Shoot, import, proxy, organize and name footage, pick the music, find the best shots, develop style and flow, edit, edit and edit again and again and BAM 💥

Video production is a process that takes a lot of time and finesse so y’all better put some RESPECKT on the game. This 1 MINUTE VIDEO took well over 15 hours to create from shoot to final product 🥵😈 Also it helps when you have incredible people to work with ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
