She leads with vision and purpose, producing educational events, mentoring programs, networking opportunities, and major fundraising galas. She’s even testified before Congress, always pushing for progress and positive change.

An Emmy Award winner and Wharton GMP grad, Karen also finds time to run Spartan Races and enjoy life with her husband Nick, family, and friends.

We’re inspired by her drive, dedication, and fierce leadership.
