Today marks 25 years since the September 11th attacks. From all of us at New Wave Media, we pause to remember the lives lost and honor the first responders, mariners, and maritime workers who answered the call that day and in the difficult months that followed. 🇺🇸

Over the years, our publications have covered the tragic events of September 11th extensively — including the maritime industry's role in the response and recovery at Ground Zero. In our December 2001 issue of Maritime Reporter, we reflected on the cleanup effort taking place at the site where the World Trade Center once stood.
