The Creative Visionary

The Creative Visionary I dedicate this page to the review, analysis, challenge, exploration, contemplation, and honor of my deepest passion - The Arts. Yours truly,
Carmen A. C.

My dream and goal is to inspire the world through art, music, and the written word. When I was a little girl, I loved to narrate stories. My favorite toy was a film projector. I used this film projector to bring the stories to life via the visual projection of fairy tales and my vocal narration of the stories to children in my neighborhood. This combination of story (written word), visuals (art),

and sound (vocal narration) is one of my life's greatest passions. I believe that these three can combine, through storytelling, to convey powerful messages that heal and empower human life. Thus, I will dedicate my life to illustrate this very fact via my works which I create. Should my life be described in the words of a short story, here is what it would read as. Once upon a time, there was a young woman who decided that she was going to be the one in charge of her life. One day, the girl moved far away from all that she had once loved and known to a place where she could do far more than dream but actually become the best version of herself she could possibly be. Her dream was to live up to her greatest potential meanwhile making a difference in the world she loved. One day, she decided to leap forward wholeheartedly chasing after her pursuits, never looking back again. Sacrifices had to be made, persistence had to be practiced, and perseverance had to prevail. The maiden knew that in order to accomplish her dreams, she had to ensure that her new life was lived according to her own standards, principles, and values. For the first time in her lifetime, she made herself the priority no longer compromising her ideals for anyone. By this she paved the path to a new life via which she can, as described in one of her many poems, "overcome, be, and become" the best version of herself possible focusing on the purpose and vision for her life. In January of 2018, she was selected as a winning contestant of a writing competition involving the opera "Andrea Chenier" which took her to Milano, Italy, and the world renowned Teatro Alla Scala. Furthermore, in a time period of only three months, she wrote over seventy poems, created a page dedicated to her mission, known as “The Creative Visionary,” and wrote several articles on Thrive Global. Soon, thereafter, she received her first book proposal from America's oldest publishing house. In March of 2020, her first book of poetry "A Poetess' First Flight" turned a reality. In December of 2021, she published her second literary work, a children's Christmas book she both wrote and illustrated, known as "The Velvety Bandit of Whisker-Witty-Whoville." Though these realizations of her passionate artistic life highlight a certain degree of accomplishment, sharing her passions and talents with the world was and remains, to this day, her most important both calling and responsibility, one she aims to continue to build upon and foster every day of her life. In summary, she is a woman that believes in the power and beauty of authentic artistic expression, in the idea that dreams can be attained with much perseverance and hard work, ultimately in the power to be a positive influence in the world via her creations which aim to preserve authenticity and truth. As an advocate for change, she highly supports the idea that it's never too late to change the course of one's life. Furthermore, she strongly believes that only via continued learning and enlightenment, two hallmarks which she regards as beacons of personal growth, along with the desire to do good in the world, can human evolution rise to make the world a better place. Once upon a time, there was a young woman who hoped to replace some of the injustice and despondency in the world with goodness. This young lady is me and I thank you for visiting my author biography. I hope that in some way, however small or grand, it will touch your life in a positive way. I hope you've enjoyed my biography. Should you decide to purchase one of my books, I hope the reading turns out to be rewarding and enjoyable for you. To visit my website, you are welcome to visit:

Introduction by Carmen A. Cisnadean Founder of The Creative Visionary

It all started with the books for me, the books and my father. Then it all became about art.

Once upon a time, there was a young woman who decided that she was going to be the one in charge of her life. One day, the girl moved far away from all that she had once loved and known to a place where she could do far more than dream but actually become the best version of herself she could possibly be.
