Been trying to unscrew this broken hose attachment all morning. Used WD40 and pliers. Problem is the metal from the attachment is shaving off and causing the pliers to slide. Even when I get some traction, that thing is ON there. Any advice?

While hanging something on the wall, accidentally drilled into the vertical sewer drain from upstairs. Hole is about 1/16th of an inch. What wold be the recommended fix? I do have some Rustoleum Liquid rubber leak seal, would that be too risky for this repair?
