Left, right, left.

For runners, walkers and crawlers.

The kindle edition of my new book "In the Long Run: Reflections from the Road" is now available on Amazon. Although it is written through the lens of running - and what I have learned from over 20-years of running - it is not simply a book about running. Glimpsing into the world of running it offers reflections into the journey of life. It is my hope that you will enjoy these reflections and gain inspiration, motivation or courage to use along your own voyage. The paperback version is due to be released in March.

Next THURSDAY, we kick off a new season of Sex and Politics at its new time of 8-10 PM. We will be talking to Guy McPherson, an environmental scientist who is talking about the likelihood of near term human extinction. We spoke to him last June, and things are changing quickly. Dr. McPherson is kicking off a tour this month in New York, and we'll talk about reactions (both good and bad) to his work. Remember, you can join us by tuning in to 1090AM or listening to us on the internet machine by going to mywbcr.com.
