A number of popular protein supplements contain levels of lead that could pose health concerns, according to a new report that tested samples of 23 powders and shakes. Experts said the levels were not high enough to cause immediate harm, but there is no known safe level of lead consumption. It's highly toxic and can accumulate in the body over time.

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Start by cooking the fettuccine pasta following the instructions on the package. Once done, drain the excess water and set the pasta aside.
In a large skillet, warm up the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and let them cook until they are nicely browned, which should take about 6 to 8 minutes. Once they are done, remove them from the pan and put them to the side.

Ingredients:
Rice Krispie Crust:
3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/3 cup marshmallow fluff
Cheesecake Filling:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
Topping:
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup Rice Krispies cereal
1/4 cup melted chocolate for drizzling
Directions:
1. Prep the Crust:
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in marshmallow fluff until smooth.
Remove from heat and mix in Rice Krispies until well coated.

Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or other favorite toppings like mushrooms, bell peppers, sausage, etc.)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
Olive oil or melted butter, for brushing
Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling
Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Dough:
Roll out the crescent or pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface.
If using crescent roll dough, separate it into triangles. If using pizza dough, cut it into 8 even rectangles.

- 20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked al dente
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
- ½ lb lump crab meat
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1½ cups Alfredo sauce
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan (for topping)
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes.
