Help! Need routine for closed comedones, clogged pores, breakouts
Let me start off by saying I’ve been a chronic skin extractor for years (diagnosed ADHD, possible OCD idk) but I recently stopped about 3 weeks ago. I’ve always had large pores that get clogged with sebum, tons of texture, closed comedones, breakouts here and there from picking at my skin. Peeling skin that feels dry but is oily too…I know, weird!

The urge to want to extract my pores is getting strong again and I’m trying really hard not to go back to that habit.

Can anyone help me come up with a skincare routine for my skin type/issues?

I made a post on here last time about my acne and I seriously don’t know what I was complaining about because now it’s worse
I’m trying a new acne skincare routine so let’s really hope it works because this is seriously taking away my confidence. I feel horrible about myself. It’s so hard to feel beautiful anymore.

[19m] Anyway to make my back/chest acne scars less visible
I had extremely bad chest and back acne as a kid and no one taught me how to take care of it properly and this is the result. I know I can’t get rid of them and am stuck with them. They’re a mix of raised and pitted scars and they’re on my back, shoulders, and my chest. They’re already a few years old. Is there anything I can use to reduce the color/make them less visible? I’m more self conscious about the raised ones so if there is anything to improve them especially I’d appreciate it.

I’ve tried everything, please give me some advice for my skin.I’ve tried:-Paula’s Choice products-Benzyol Peroxide cream...

I’ve tried everything, please give me some advice for my skin.
I’ve tried:

-Paula’s Choice products

-Benzyol Peroxide cream

-Tretinoin cream

-Around 8 AHA/Fruit Acid peels (worked for a bit and then after stopping went back to what it used to be.)

-Dermaceutic products (Foamer-15, Oxybiome, Cleanser, moisturizer, etc.)

And now i’m using some random products from the store and have begun using Antibiotics to see if it does anything. (I’ve heard it might help, but that after the treatment it might come back)

I’d love some advice and maybe someone who knows what kind of acne I might have.

HELP: Scalp Acne, what can I do?
Hello,

Can someone help me with my scalp acne problem? I have it now for over 2 years. I've been to the dermatologist, but nothing helped. I tried different shampoos and also anti bacterial lotions.

I changed my hair styling products, reduced it to a minimum. Didn't work. What else can I do?

I need help… please give me advice
someone please help I need opinions on my treatment

This was my skin before treatment (photo 1-5). I visited a derm and did 1 facial and 6-7 vbeam treatment with 1 month time apart from each session and my skin got a lot better (acne mostly gone and scars still visible but much better) but after I flew down to another country the scars have become more red(?) and visible. Photo 6 and on is what its like rn. Someone please help with advise i dont know what to do. 😥

Im considering asking my derm for CO2 fractional laser would that help??
