One of the best parts of my job as an Estée Lauder beauty account coordinator for Macy's is learning from the best leaders from the brand! Estée Lauder invited the ACs to a few seminars this year! Earlier in the year I traveled to Houston to learn about the new Double Wear foundation which has been a huge focus for us this entire year! This brand never ceases to amaze me with their commitment to investing in us!

🎉 WOW What an incredible day at Macy's Ridgedale Center for our complexion promotion! 30% off double wear and futurist foundations for Estée Lauder plus 30% off primers, powders, and concealers!!! Peggy and I sat down several new clients to experience our iconic foundation and focused on unbeatable service! We sold over 30 complexion units today! We felt like Oprah! “You get a foundation and free gift!” “You get a concealer and free gift ” “You get a powder and free gift!” 🤣🤣🤣 But all jokes aside, I’m really proud of Peggy for the way she has lead her fellow colleagues throughout our gift with purchase! Her leadership and guidance during this gift has been remarkable to see.

✨ Event Photo Drop— Hello Kitty Cafe Event at Rosedale Center was incredible! We were in the east wing for 2 hours meeting guests. We color matched 26 clients in our iconic Double Wear foundation and gave them each their free 10 day supply of foundation. We also shared our new glimmer fragrance with 50 new clients!
