- Optimum Big difference between internal malfunction and external damages. It's really a shame. i'm disgusted of how I've been treated. The deceit. The attempted cash grab from a regular person. A customer since 2019, before your company was called Optimum Mobile. At least here. I'm not sure where the cognitive dissonance ends with whomever you employ for customer service, but people need people. Not a prompt fed robot with a breathe. I want to leave Optimum. Take your faulty device please and give me my transfer pin. Thank you. I'm not paying for a phone I did not damage. You got 2 free months out of me and you get the phone back to refurbish with no External damages.
