Five of the six charges laid against 36-year-old businessman Bradly Sampson, known as “Doggie,” were dismissed when he appeared before the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.

Sampson was initially hit with the charges in July during his first court appearance, where he pleaded not guilty to allegations that on July 15, 2025, at the Square of the Revolution, he unlawfully wounded Genista Fordyce and used obscene language and threatening behaviour towards her. He was also accused of behaving disorderly in a public place, unlawfully carrying a firearm, and possessing an unlicensed firearm. All offences were said to have occurred at the same location on the same day. The allegations arose out of a dispute regarding payments owed to individuals by We Invest in Nationhood (WIN).
