Зустріч провели Андрій Дворчин- Chief People Officer та Михайло Цимбала- Recruitment Lead. Вони відверто розповіли про особливості роботи ІТ-фахівців у сфері розробки ігор, поділилися реальними кейсами з практики у компанії та пояснили, які навички найбільше цінуються на ринку.

🎯 Who You Are:
- 3+ years of relevant project management experience.
- Proficiency in scope & schedule management, estimations, and resource planning.
- Solid grasp of Agile frameworks and estimation techniques.
- Excellent communicator, meeting facilitator, and mediator.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
- Appreciation for game development and familiarity with art or animation workflows is a big plus.

Stepico recently took part in IT Future Fest 2025, Ukraine’s largest event for students and schoolchildren dedicated to technology careers, which took place on 11 April in Lviv. Organized by the , the event gathered more than 10,000 online and offline participants, offering insights into various IT fields, including game development, cybersecurity, AI, and more.
