🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading project planning—defining scope, estimating effort, scheduling deliverables, and drafting documentation.
- Overseeing project ex*****on: monitoring progress, forecasting outcomes, managing scope, cost, and quality.
- Facilitating clear communication across clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Supporting the full software development cycle and encouraging results-driven teamwork.
- Managing risks, resources, and maintaining up‑to‑date project documentation.
- Adapting methodologies to fit each project (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
🎯 Who You Are:
- 3+ years of relevant project management experience.
- Proficiency in scope & schedule management, estimations, and resource planning.
- Solid grasp of Agile frameworks and estimation techniques.
- Excellent communicator, meeting facilitator, and mediator.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
- Appreciation for game development and familiarity with art or animation workflows is a big plus.
