You have failed again in following instructions and delivering my sons foams to some random, obscure floor lobby of a building. Instead of delivering to the front door of the apartment stated in instructions. Now he will have a meltdown and you are to blame because your couriers apparently can’t read and follow instructions. Your customer service and chatbot are of no help and the should look into why Walmart fails.
