Help - Flat Bagels?
Anyone have any ideas why my boyfriend’s bagels didn’t rise?

This was our third batch, but this is the first time they didn’t rise in the oven. They came out of the fridge looking fluffy and we only boiled them for 30 sec each side. Any thoughts? Thank you in advance!

Can someone tell me if I calculated this recipe right?
I’m new to the bakers percentage but want to try thia codes bagel recipe - does this look right? 6 bagels at approx 140 g each was the goal
The yeast seemed a lot lower than other recipes I looked at so I want to double check before I start
