After taking two of three, the New York Yankees suffered their first loss of the season on Sunday night, 4-3 to the Boston Red Sox. The Bombers certainly had their opportunities, totaling 11 hits but leaving an equal number of runners on base. And, despite the loss, once again saw a series of scoreless outings in relief while Giancarlo Stanton continued his tear against the Red Sox. The Brooklyn Nets down the Indiana Pacers 134-126 to finish the season 44-38, and more importantly, with the seventh seed in the East.
