So here's a thing. 100 lbs down since November 2023. I have a heart condition which prevents me from doing all the normie cardio and lifting. (See the scar on my chest?) So the doc put me on Zepbound. It works! And I'm not doing it for the "easy way out". I'm proud of me.

These keep sneaking into my cabin at night, they are going after the bugs attracted to the CO2 in my breath. I roll to my side and they are on the wall, looking at me, or ON MY PILLOW. We stopped buying the number one brand of light cola when they introduced those frustrating attached caps instead of the usual twist completely off version on their bottles. Cue now the 'ooh it's not hard to snap them off' brigade. Well they annoy me so annoyed I shall stay šŸ˜Œ.

So instead, we started buying the second most popular light cola on the market as they have regular caps and, we personally find, it's a lot tastier too.

But, for any Mr Moany's like me in the UK, I have bad news...

I'm currently in Italy, and they ALL have these blooming lids šŸ˜©

My best dull mail this week. My new Adidas Adissage sandals arrived. These are so helpful when Iā€™m having a headache or any type of pain/muscle ache really. When they first were made, years ago, I hated them. My feet hurt so bad in them! But everyone else loved them so much that I figured I must be missing something, so I started wearing them with socks, and then for short periods barefoot, and eventually my feet got used to them. Now I wear them frequently and they feel great.
Just as note for anyone not familiar with, they arenā€™t intended to wear out and about all day, Adidas designed these for post athletic activity to soothe sore/tired feet.

I have made a mistake. The missus and I went sheet shopping the other day and I said these sheets are lovely (the print pattern on the outside of the cloth packaging was a lovely pattern). Please note, these are replacing one of the pairs of sheet we got for our wedding almost 7 years ago. I assured her that they would look good in our bedroom. My wife is now not speaking to me, I canā€™t stop looking crosseyed, and now my head hurts.

We have reached a point in our household where we are split down the middle by blue milk and green milk.

In an attempt to consolidate everyone onto green milk, I decided to search trusty google to see if I could give my children the same milk as me and my partner (Green).

This would save money and space in our fridge (though we have plenty of space due to my partner never buying snacks). And would also avoid wastage.

Unfortunately, google provided me with a rather contradictory answer which you will see in the picture below.

Female, size 5.5 shoe. Condemned to buy blue milk as to not risk my childrenā€™s health.
