WE AT THE GO AFRICA CARNIVAL DO UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS EVENT AND THE ANTICIPATION IT HAS GENERATED AMONG PARTICIPANTS, VENDORS, AND THE COMMUNITY.
