once you understand why you’re reaching for your phone, it’s much easier to replace the habit with something that will actually feel way better. i noticed that most times when i’m reaching for my phone, it’s because it’s usually because i’m avoiding something, i’m bored, or i’m looking for stimulation. after not going on social media for a week, i’ve been practicing finding ways to replace those tiny in between moments of the day, and i’m already feeling so much better so i wanted to share these as inspo for you to do the same!!
