This Mastercard project was 6 months in the making. In advertising, that’s a lifetime. The longer it took, the better, for we enjoyed every moment of being a part of this production.

From idea, to story board, to directors treatment, to shoot, to edit, to creating countless musical options, to ever changing cuts and timings. In the end, it was all worth it, and in all honesty, we're sad it’s over.

The spot poses the question “What’s Priceless to You?” Short answer, in our professional lives, it’s working on stuff like this with creative partners like this.

"You Cannot be Serious?"

Oh yes. Yes we can.

Premiering on ESPN+, Michelob ULTRA, in collaboration with FCB New York, UNIT9, Falkon, Secret Guy and JSM presents “McEnroe vs. McEnroe,” the world's first tennis match to feature a real person versus a virtual player — both being a version of the entertaining, confrontational tennis player, John McEnroe. In the match, the real McEnroe will face off against his ultimate opponent—his younger self. In this case, a virtual player powered by A.I.

This 45-minute innovative film will showcase how the match was created using a combination of A.I. and machine learning, plus five virtual avatars of John McEnroe from pivotal points of his career.

I kinda wish we made a TV show with these characters already. Would totally be a hit.

Coors Light, the brand that is made to chill, now has the coolest ads to prove it. Literally.

“Chillboards”, ads you can’t see from ground, prove to be extremely effective in the communities that need it the most.
Coors Light installed branded rooftop “Chillboards,” which use a special white coating from Mule-Hide Products that’s been proven to reflect 85% of sunlight lowering the surface temperature of one roof by as much as 50 degrees, giving residents a way to substantially lower their utility costs, improve their quality of life and basically, provide a meaningful and quantifiable way to chill out.

The time has finally come. Hotels.com is saying goodbye to Captain Obvious.

JSM launched the Captain and campaign in 2014 with CP+B. We partnered with the agency and brand for many years creating some really funny, smart stuff. Obviously.

It was very cool to introduce the brand and compose and produce the music with such an incredible group of creatives, producers, directors and editors.

Over the past several years, JSM has created the soundtracks for the “Inspiration Series”.

Produced in conjunction with @The ADVERTISING Club (New York), The International ANDY Awards and created and produced by Rick Boyko, former Chief Creative Officer Ogilvy North America and former Director of the VCU Brandcenter.

For all involved, this is pro-bono work and its sole purpose is to inspire generations of our industry with the fascinating stories and extraordinary vision of those legends who, at a minimum, changed the way all we interact with brands.

In this latest Mastercard initiative, the brand is promoting an offering in this campaign which features a day in the life of a blind woman, as each moment is narrated with an audio description. Mastercard is now working with banks and merchants on the rollout of the card, which was co-designed by tech company IDEMIA.

Thanks to all at Mastercard and McCann for your ongoing creative partnership and collaboration with JSM.

This was such a beautiful and unique film to have scored.

In a year like none other, this past football season was pretty extraordinary. From the regular season to the insane playoff games all the way to the Super Bowl.

Miller Lite and DDB Worldwide came up with a super smart way to work around their inability to advertise on the Super Bowl broadcast given Anheuser-Busch InBev's Super Bowl alcohol marketing exclusivity.

They decided to open a virtual bar in the metaverse, “The Meta Lite Bar” in Decentraland.
