🚨 Job Opportunity: Deck Training Officer – Summer Sea Term 2026 (Multiple Positions)
Cal Poly Maritime Academy is hiring experienced Deck Training Officers for the TRAINING SHIP GOLDEN BEAR.

Temporary 65-day paid assignment
Itinerary: U.S. West Coast, Central America, possible South Pacific
Mentor cadets in navigation, seamanship, cargo ops, and safety
Grade performance and ensure professional standards

Requirements: Mid-career deck officer experience, U.S. citizenship/eligible to work in U.S., clean background/drug screen.
