This is very interesting and good community concept. Something I find pretty fascinating. Except for, how do you manage the free loaders, robbers, intruders, hoarders etc that will come out of the woodwork. I think there are answers, but systems need to be through a little bit more carefully first. I say keep on keeping on building community involvement.
