Applications are opening soon for the Local 825 Apprenticeship Program!

Seventy-Five (75) applications will be available for the Operating Engineers Local 825 NJ Apprenticeship Program class that will begin in the Spring of 2026.

Applications must be completed online starting at noon on October 13, 2025. Applications will be closed after 75 submissions; please be ready with all required documents.

Twenty-Five (25) applications will be available for the Operating Engineers Local 825 NY Apprenticeship Program class that will begin in the Spring of 2026.

Applications must be completed online starting at noon on October 16, 2025. Applicant must reside within the jurisdiction of the IUOE Local 825 NY Apprenticeship Program, which includes the counties of Rockland, Orange, Ulster, Sullivan, and Delaware. Applications will be closed after 25 submissions; please be ready with all required documents.

Applicant requirements (must upload documentation at time of application):

Applicant must be at least 18 years of age,

Applicant must have a valid driver’s license,

Applicant must provide a high school transcript or GED transcript,

All military veterans must provide a copy of DD-214.
