- 57g sourdough discard
- 42g heavy whipping cream
- 170g light brown sugar

- ½ tsp fine sea salt
- 142g dark chocolate, finely chopped
For the no-churn ice cream:
- 452g heavy whipping cream
- 396g sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
- ÂĽ tsp vanilla extract
Quick steps:
