"You can do it!" It’s a voice we all hear, but not everyone listens.

If we don’t listen to it, we hear the voice of doubt or fear in our head telling us that we can’t do something—that it’s too hard or too big. We listen to the voice of comparison telling us that other people are better than us. We might even hear the voice of insecurity telling us that if no one else is doing it, maybe something is wrong with what we want to do.

But, if we listen to our innermost voice, we will find one that tells us that we can do anything—that we can do anything that God has purposed for us to do, if we set our minds to do it.

Our innermost voice is also a Teacher, the Spirit of God who helps us navigate through obstacles and overcome challenges by reminding us how strong we are, and showing us how much love and support there is for us, no matter what happens next.

Have faith, believe, and move forward. You got this!

So, what's the weather like where you are? For the most part the winter has been fairly mild here in NYC. However, this photo of a snow-covered bookstore in Madrid reminds us of the appeal of fresh snow.

Fresh snow, without a doubt, is so aesthetically pleasing, as it creates a picturesque winter landscape. 😍 BUT, fresh snow + books = pure bliss. All we need now is a hot cup of cocoa. 📚❄️☕❤️

Martin Luther King, Jr. Day is not just a day off work or school, but it is a day to reflect on the progress that has been made towards equality and justice for all, and to recognize the work that still needs to be done.

It is a day to remember the sacrifices made by Martin Luther King Jr. and the many other civil rights activists. In spite of the challenges we have faced, let us choose courage daily, and in doing so we will honor their legacy by continuing to fight for justice and equality in our own communities.

Let us take this day to reflect on the powerful words of Martin Luther King Jr. and commit ourselves to the work towards his dream of a just and equal society for all.

Making the decision to take action and move towards your goals is an important step in the journey towards achieving them. It requires motivation, determination, and a willingness to embrace change. Once you have made the decision to take action, the next step is to set specific and achievable goals, and to create a plan for how you will work towards achieving them. It may also be helpful to enlist the support of others, such as friends, family, or a mentor, to help you stay motivated and on track.

There are great things ahead for you in this new year, but you must make the decision to MOVE— to step out of your comfort zone and take steps toward purpose and destiny.

Oh, and don't forget to celebrate your progress along the way, no matter how small, as it can help to keep you motivated and moving forward.
