Today is national gratitude day. I’ll share a little secret. I actually write my gratitude list every morning usually after I meditate before anyone in my home wakes up. What I usually write about is what I experienced the day before, moments of my day or events that occurred or small exchanges that just filled me up. I noticed that my day is much better when I do diction ir type out the list then when I don’t. It’s almost as if creating that list helps me set the tone for my day.
So I hope you all find what fills you up today and express it in someway (journal, app, notes) that helps you to see it and remember it. Set that tone and vibration for your day!
