We truly are living in an “Age of Anxiety” due to the global pandemic, and people could use some advice on the best ways to alleviate it. But the workplace has taken on a new meaning with everyone forced to work from home for now. However, states are starting to slowly open back up, and that means soon offices may as well. But it won’t be your typical office experience, and that too may add to your stress.

So, we want to know what are the best ways to deal with this stress. We want to hear from anyone with tips or advice for how they are best managing their stress levels at this time? What can people do while at home to feel less overwhelmed and more focused?

Furthermore, we also want to hear from HR executives who are working on ways to help employees at this time. What services, programs, or advice are you providing them? And how are you preparing for when offices open back up? How can companies help alleviate stress as employees adjust to new measures implemented at offices to keep everyone safe? It is always good when a woman scientist (and she is older) is recognized for her work. Dr. Michela Gallagher is doing some great Alzheimer's research. She is the CEO of Baltimore biopharmaceutical company, AgeneBio, and her work is being funded by the NIH and the Alzheimer's Drug Discovery Foundation (ADDF is my client). Last year, she was the recipient of the Melvin R. Goodes Prize (from ADDF) for Excellence in Alzheimer's Drug Discovery.
