JahRockn Productions JahRock’n Productions LLC is a media company founded by Chris “Rock” Belmont. JahRock’n has earned production credits on numerous albums.

Belmont started his professional music career in 1996 as a member of Blessed Hope, a Christian/Gospel vocal group that earned the honor of being the first Christian/Gospel group to perform on BET’s 106 and Park. In 2003, Belmont transitioned to a full-time career in music production, eventually forming JahRock’n Productions in 2005. Since then, JahRock’n Productions has grown into a multifaceted m

edia company providing studio recording, mixing, and mastering services; music production services; and artist development services. JahRock’n is now a collective of artists, producers, songwriters, and engineers dedicated to creating and supporting positive and progressive music for everyone to experience. Most notably in the urban gospel, Christian Hip-Hop sector. Some of these credits include Andy Mineo’s “In My City”, Heesun Lee’s debut album “Re:Defined” and mixtapes “The LOST LP” & “I’m A Christian”, DJ-Wade-O’s “Wade-O Radio Weekly Podcast” many more. JahRock’n Productions has recently inked a deal to co-establish “In My City” Records. In which JahRock’n shares ownership stakes with the “God Belongs in my City” movement and “In My City Media”. This strategic partnership will allow JahRock’n and its partners to sign and distribute quality talent, while still offering quality music production services to the masses. JahRock’n continues to stay true to its vision by creating and promoting positive, inspirational music for aspiring artists from every corner of the world. Our team has been working hard to ensure that both spaces are equipped with the latest technology and amenities to provide you with the best possible recording experience.

Our new Sunset Park location is a beautiful space that is sure to inspire creativity. Value the opportunity to get better!

Reason 1: Because you have no idea how far you can get..
Many artist evaluate success in the music business by the amount of money they can make off their music. But, i've learned over the years that moments and opportunities you get to grow are way more valuable. That's the bag on top of the bag!

Reason 2: Growth opportunities give you access outside of your music..
Try a multitude of routes. It's important that you harbor the growth mindset. It will help you define yourself as an artist. Features, Songwriting opportunities, production opportunities, background singer opportunities, ghost writer, and much more. Try it all and see how it can help you learn.

Your music can create opportunities for you that are more than just streams and performances. I've seen many artists get tons of opportunities that help them connect with some pretty powerful people. That gave them access to opportunities that can change lives.

Studio Tips Vol. 2

Quantity matters..

Reason 1: The more you do the better you get..
With a little instruction and guidance (https://jahrockn.square.site/product/1-on-1-artist-development/6?cp=true&sa=false&sbp=false&q=false&category_id=2) , you will get better and better the more songs you record. This is the best way to find your sound.

Reason 2: People take you more seriously when you have more to offer..
Many singers/ rappers call themselves artists, but when you ask them if they've put anything out. They usually say, not much. All that means to me is that you don't take yourself as seriously as you may think. Serious artists put out art.

Reason 3: More to pick from
When planning an EP or Album, its best to pick from a pool of 50 songs than a pool of 5. You usually end up with your actual best material. Give yourself more chances to capture lightning in a bottle. That's how the most successful artist achieve "HIT" records. They're always working.
