GUIDELINES FOR SPEAKERS/DEMO TEACHERS/RESEARCH PRESENTERS/LM & INNOV PRESENTERS (P2500)
1. Prepare a 15mins-1 hr recorded video presentation(lecture/demo/research/LM/Innov/etc), & 500-word article.
2. Register on any day from March-Dec. 2022. Accomplish the registration form (bit.ly/3shMHhr) where you also have to attach your recorded vid presentation, article, CV/Resume & proof of payment.
3. The submitted recorded video will be presented in our YT/FB channels within the week of your registration.
4. Certificates & other MOVs will be sent to your email a week after your recorded video is presented.

GUIDELINES FOR PARTICIPANTS ONLY (P750)
1. Register at bit.ly/3gjA6oF
2. Watch the videos uploaded on our FB page during the week of your registration, and write your reflections.
3. Send your reflections to [email protected]
4. Certificates & other MOVs will be sent to your email a week after the submission of your reflections.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Is there an actual Google Meet, or Zoom Meeting during the event?
A. No. Only recorded videos are uploaded to our YT/FB channels for public viewing. WETDS wants the event to be flexible where presenters & participants only can do their tasks at their most convenient time w/o work or classes disruptions.
Q: What dates are included in the certificates & other MOVs? Are they from March-Dec?
A: The event is scheduled weekly. There is a different program & sets of presenters per week. So the dates that will be covered in the certs etc. are the days within the week of your registration. For example, you register on March 1, the dates in your certs will be March 1-5, 2022.
Q: Is it possible to register not just as a speaker but also as a research presenter, etc? How much will it cost?
A: Yes, it is possible. If you plan to avail not just one type of presentation, send a message to the WETDS secretariat for discounted fees at [email protected]
Q: How can I avail myself of the FREE publication?
A: You are automatically FREE to submit a 500-word article if you will register as a presenter. You will attach your manuscript to the registration form.
Q: If I will only register as a participant, can I also have a FREE publication?
