Nothing quite like a Savory Tuna Niรงoise Salad with a slightly sweet lemony honey mustard dressing especially when itโ€™s made with high quality sustainably sourced solid white albacore tuna. Blue Harbor Fish Co. is hands down the best clean-cut tuna brand in Florida. Itโ€™s fresh and mild tasting with a firm and meaty texture so tasty that I eat it straight out of the can.

For the Tuna Niรงoise salad arrange romaine lettuce leaves onto a platter. Top with one can of solid white wild albacore tuna packed in water with no salt added along with boiled and sliced red potatoes, steamed green beans, white cannellini beans, soft boiled eggs, sliced cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, creamy avocado chunks and chopped scallions.
To make the dressing in a small mason jar combine:
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.
- splash of red wine vinegar.
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard.
- 1 teaspoon raw honey.
- 1 teaspoon minced shallots.
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
Cover tightly with lid and shake well until creamy and combined. Drizzle the dressing generously on top of salad.

For serving:

4 large Romaine or Butter lettuce leaves

1 hard-boiled egg, sliced

A fresh, flavorful toast loaded with creamy avocado, smoky salmon, eggs, and crisp asparagusโ€”perfect for any time of day!

Ingredients
For the Toast:
2 slices whole-grain or seeded bread, toasted
1 ripe avocado, mashed
Fresh lemon juice, to taste
Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Toppings:
6 asparagus spears, trimmed
2 eggs, cooked to your liking (soft or hard-boiled), sliced
3 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
4 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp red onion, thinly sliced
Fresh dill, for garnish
Black sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Instructions
Cook the Asparagus โ€“ Heat a skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Sautรฉ asparagus for 3โ€“4 minutes until tender-crisp. Season lightly with salt.
Boil the Eggs โ€“ Bring water to a gentle boil. Cook eggs for 6โ€“7 minutes for soft-boiled or 9โ€“10 minutes for hard-boiled. Transfer to cold water, peel, and slice.
Make the Avocado Spread โ€“ Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.

A perfect combination of a juicy steak, perfectly seasoned shrimp, creamy mashed potatoes, cheesy broccoli, and a soft dinner roll. This hearty meal is sure to impress!

๐Ÿ“Œ Ingredients:

For the Steak:

2 ribeye or sirloin steaks

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried thyme

For the Shrimp Skewer:

8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for spice)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Mashed Potatoes:

4 large potatoes, peeled and diced

1/4 cup butter

1/2 cup heavy cream

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for topping)

Bacon bits (optional, for topping)

For the Cheesy Broccoli:

2 cups broccoli florets

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbsp butter

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Dinner Rolls:

4 soft dinner rolls, store-bought or homemade

1. Prepare the Steak:

Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.

Rub steaks with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.

Grill or sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side, or until your desired doneness. Let them rest before serving.

2. Prepare the Shrimp Skewer:

In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Thread shrimp onto skewers.

Grill or cook the shrimp in a skillet for 2-3 minutes per side, until opaque and slightly charred.

3. Make the Mashed Potatoes:
