So who’s actually behind Artist Push? 🥷🏻 Two girls who loved dance music a little too much.

We started eight years ago with one shared desk, one questionable website (slide 4 — be kind) and a very strong opinion about kick drums. Every department was us: SEO, SMM, support and the coffee run. These days it’s a twenty-person team led by women — and the tracks we’ve worked on have landed in places we used to only dream about. Some names you’d definitely recognize. We’ll never tell — an NDA is an NDA 🖤

Most artists don’t have a music problem. They have a promotion problem.

Read it properly before you panic. The badge is for artists whose public identity is a generated human, not for anyone who opened a plugin with “AI” in the name. Self-disclose or get reviewed, and if you’re flagged, the recommendations quietly stop. Which means the platform just made “is anybody actually there” an algorithmic question. 🖤

In 1987 someone in Belgium put a record on at the wrong speed. It was made to play at 45, and they ran it at 33 with the pitch pushed up. Everything came out slow and heavy, and by any normal standard it was just wrong. But the floor didn’t empty. People stayed, and they wanted more of it. Within a year that mistake had a name: new beat, and it pulled a whole country onto the dancefloor. The record never changed. Only the way someone played it.
