BEST CAKE — With a unique spin on the classic cheesecake, as well as other delicious cakes, Keki Modern Cakes is the product of three friends who set out to recreate the delicious pastries and desserts they enjoyed on their travels to Asia. Each of their cakes and desserts is made from scratch in-house every 20 minutes.

BEST CANDY STORE — Since 1941, M&M’s have been a staple candy found in stores and family snack bowls. Candy lovers can also shop their favorites at the dedicated M&M's World store located on Broadway in the heart of Times Square.

Now that the nomination process has concluded, the nominees are honed down to include the winners of the previous year’s competition (they are automatically included on the ballot so they can defend their title against the top finalists in each category). The top 15 - 18 nominees (depending on the category) will advance to the official ballot.

The City's Best 2025 program has grown to be a coveted award for the best businesses in Manhattan as hundreds are nominated in a diverse group of categories. Make sure your voice is heard.
