🌀 Quick Small-Batch Cinnamon Rolls
🥣 Ingredients
Dough:
1 cup warm milk
¼ cup water
¼ cup melted butter
1 egg
2 ¼ tsp yeast
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp salt
3–3½ cups flour
Filling:
½ cup butter (soft)
½ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Icing:
3 tbsp cream cheese (optional)
2 tbsp butter
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk
½ tsp vanilla
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Mix warm milk, water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5–10 min.
Add butter, egg, salt, and flour. Knead into soft dough.
Let rise 1 hour until doubled.
Roll dough flat, spread filling.
Roll up and cut into small pieces.
Let rise 20–30 min.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 min.
Mix icing and spread on warm rolls.

Ingredients
- 1 package Thomas’ Mini French Toast
- 6–8 sausage patties
- 6–8 eggs
- 1–2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6–8 slices American cheese
- 2–3 tablespoons butter
- Maple syrup, for drizzling
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray or extra butter for the pan
Instructions
1. Warm or toast the mini French toast slices until lightly golden.
2. Cook the sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked.
3. In a separate skillet, melt the butter and scramble the eggs. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Place a mini French toast slice on a baking sheet.
5. Add a cooked sausage patty on top.
6. Spoon scrambled eggs over the sausage.
7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese or place a slice of American cheese on top.
8. Add another mini French toast slice to create a sandwich.

Turtle Poke Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 (15.25 oz) box of Betty Crocker Super Moist Chocolate Cake Mix (baked in 9x13)
- 1 (14 oz) can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 (12 oz) jar of Smucker's Caramel Sundae Syrup
- 1 (8 oz) tub of Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 cup Fisher Pecan Halves, chopped
- 1/2 cup Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
1. Bake the Betty Crocker Chocolate Cake in a 9x13 dish. Let cool for 10 minutes, then poke holes all over using a wooden spoon handle.
2. Pour the Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk slowly over the cake, letting it soak in.
3. Pour half of the Smucker's Caramel Syrup over the cake, letting it seep into the holes. Chill for 1 hour.
4. Spread the Cool Whip in an even layer over the top of the chilled cake.
5. Drizzle with the remaining caramel syrup and top generously with Fisher Pecans and Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chips.

5-6 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
3 tablespoons butter
3 cups beef broth
8 oz Bowtie Pasta
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup half and half (or whole milk)
1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1-2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Once browned, drain any excess fat if necessary.
