A Minnesota mother was found shielding her toddler from a fire , sadly she didn’t make it but her toddler is expected to make a full recovery .

Bonnie Pierce, 38, was inside her home with two of her daughters when a fire broke out on Saturday afternoon.

Pierce got out of the duplex, while one of her daughters escaped by kicking an air conditioning unit out of a window and climbing to safety.
However, Pierce realized after getting out that her other daughter, who was just a toddler, was still inside and went back into the burning building to find her.

According to reports, she was found on top of her baby shielding her from the fire and smoke .
Sadly , Pierce was unresponsive and was taken to the hospital for treatment. She had sustained burns on 48% of her body and had been without oxygen for around 15 minutes. She died from her injuries on Monday.

Both of her kids survived !
She is truly a hero and was an amazing mother ! She did what she had to do and that saved her baby’s life !

Patrick Clancy framed his wife! Thats my opinion. Even to this point there are many questions left..why are CVS photos so blurry? They dont have cameras outside?🤔
How about the wifi was down at their house THAT day🤔
So the Ring cameras inside and out were not working that day🤔
No nieghbors have cameras with footage either??? They didn't examine the Apple Watch that is were the steps are coming from right? But then it wasn't on her arm when she was found? Her finger prints are not on the bands that were used to ---- her kids .BUT Patrick's was.😳 And her finger prints were not found on the knife either🤔😳... and the amount of time she had to do all this was less than 20 minutes.. (my opinion your not wiping off the knife if you are ----unaliving yourself once you get done ..🤷🏽‍♀️)
I dont think she did this, he framed her! HE says she told him when he found her on the front lawn paralyzed..that "the kids were in the basement". BUT paramedics said she could not talk and did not talk she needed not of help her thyroid - middle of her neck was crushed also.🤔
He said that he gave those babies CPR till the paramedics arrived. Well the paramedics said he was sitting on the couch when they arrived. And they started CPR on those babies at that time.
I think he took advantage of her situation.
Because he was already dating someone else. ( and him and her are already married with a child) since this all happened. He had plenty of motive!

A woman who k’illed her husband for his wealth was met with the shock of her life after she discovered her husband had wittingly transferred his wealth to a trust.

Kouri Richins, a 33-year-old widowed mother of three, wrote a children’s book to help her bereaved sons deal with grief in the aftermath of their father’s sudden d’eath.

Now, only months after the book was published, she’s been charged with her husband's m’urder. She is accused of poisoning his Moscow Mule with five times the lethal dosage of fentanyl.

Kouri was due to get access to his estate valued at $3.6million after his d’eath, according to the terms of a prenup. Under its terms, on Eric's d’eath, pretty much everything would pass seamlessly to Kouri.

In May 2018, a forensic pathologist revealed a Georgia nursing home patient died from an untreated scabies infection. He found millions of parasitic mites destroying the woman’s skin and essentially, eating her alive. He listed her cause of death as “septicemia due to crusted scabies.” The woman, 93-year-old Rebecca Zeni died from the infection in 2015.
Family filed a lawsuit against the facility.

In April 1981, the body of a young Caucasian woman was found in a ditch alongside Greenlee Road in Newton Township, Ohio. She was wearing a buckskin poncho. So, investigators called her the Buckskin gîrl.

That same afternoon her body was autopsied. She had suffered extensive blunt force trauma to the head and neck before she was stràngled to deâth approximately 48 hours before her body was discovered.

Despite the relentless efforts of the investigators, the Buckskin gîrl remained unidentified for more than three decades.

On April 9, 2018, the Miami Valley Regional Crime Laboratory announced they had identified the decedent as 21-year-old Marcia Lenore King of Little Rock, Arkansas.

King had last been seen by her family in 1980. She had never officially been reported as a missing person, although her family had continued to search for her.

The identification of the Buckskin gîrl was made possible by extensive DNA analysis. Sadly, the person responsible for her dêath is not known.

REDDINGTON JUST GAVE A MASTERCLASS IN CROSS-EXAMINATION.

In my opinion, Kevin Reddington absolutely shredded the Commonwealth’s rebuttal expert, Dr. Avram Mack, on cross today. And as a lawyer, this was some of the best lawyering I have watched in a courtroom in a long time.

This is exactly what cross-examination is supposed to look like.

Reddington went directly at the foundation of Mack’s opinion: what he reviewed, what he did not do, who he did not speak with, and ultimately how much weight the jury should give his conclusions. Mack acknowledged that he did not interview Lindsay’s family members or colleagues, and Reddington also brought out that Mack was being paid by the Commonwealth.

And think about the contrast the jury just heard.

Dr. Phillip Resnick testified that Lindsay was “frankly psychotic,” that she experienced a “command hallucination,” and described her experience as being like a “puppet” with someone else pulling the strings. He ultimately opined that because of her mental disease, she was unable to conform her conduct to the requirements of the law.

Then the Commonwealth puts Mack on in rebuttal, and Reddington does what a seasoned trial attorney does: he doesn’t need to out-expert the expert. He attacks the basis, methodology, completeness and credibility of the opinion.

That is the art of cross.

You don’t necessarily have to prove the expert is “wrong.” You give the jury reasons to question how the expert got there. Reddington did exactly that.

Whether you agree with Lindsay’s defense or not, put the verdict aside for a second and just watch the LAWYERING.

In my opinion, this was Kevin Reddington at his absolute best. This is the kind of cross-examination young trial lawyers should watch and study.

24-year-old James Cole left home for work on August 31, 2025 — but instead of showing up, he abandoned his usual route entirely and set off walking alone down the Flint Hills Nature Trail with no jacket, no food, no water, no phone, and no wallet. Bloodhounds tracked his scent for miles across two towns before it simply vanished completely, leaving investigators with no explanation for why a man with no history of addiction or mental health struggles would walk away from everything and everyone he knew. Extended family live nearby, but there's no confirmation he was even trying to reach them. PASTOR AND WIFE GUILTY OF S*X CRIMES.
This is a disturbing case.
A two-week trial has ended with a jury in Rutherford County, TN finding a traveling pastor and his wife guilty of child s*x crimes.
Thirty-five-year-old Benjamin Garlick, was found guilty of seven counts of aggravated r**e of a child, six counts of aggravated s*xual battery, one count of solicitation of s*xual exploitation of a minor, and two counts of violating the Child Protection Act.
His wife, thirty-two- year-old Shaantal Garlick was convicted on two counts of facilitation of aggravated r**e of a child and two counts of aggravated child neglect.
Benjamin was a traveling pastor and Youtube videos showed Garlick often preaching to the Hispanic community in Tennessee and other states.
The Murfreesboro Police Department’s Special Victims Unit launched the investigation into Benjamin Garlick concerning the s*xual abuse of a then five-year-old child over several years.
During the investigation, two additional victims were identified.
It was also determined that Shaantal Garlick knowingly neglected the victim, affecting the child’s health and welfare, and assisted in the commission of the s*xual abuse.
Benjamin was sentenced to life in prison — NO PAROLE.
Shaantal is locked up awaiting sentencing.
A pastor and wife abusing trust.

🚨BREAKING: Actress Hayden Panettiere has died of an apparent drug overdose at 36! Many remember her from the TV show "Heroes," where she played the cheerleader who would save the world. She was very open about her addiction problems and depression, including postpartum.

According to People Magazine, "Police officers and EMS personnel responded to reports of an “unresponsive female,” later identified as 36-year-old Panettiere, at a residence in Greenville, South Carolina, at around 1:51 p.m. local time on Sunday, Aug. 16, the Greenville Police Department previously confirmed to PEOPLE.

According to dispatch audio obtained by PEOPLE, officials were heard discussing an “overdose” and “cardiac arrest” around the time of Panettiere’s death."

In a 2022 interview with PEOPLE, she said: “I was on top of the world, and I ruined it,” she said at the time, highlighting that she spent years battling her addiction, as well as postpartum depression. “I’d think I hit rock bottom, but then there’s that trap door that opens.”

Hayden was in TV shows such as Nashville, Ally McBeal and Malcolm in the Middle. She had roles in the movies, Scream 4 and 6, and Remember the Titans.

PEOPLE continued, "In her personal life, Panettiere became a mother in December 2014, when she and her then-fiancé, Wladimir Klitschko, welcomed a daughter, Kaya Evdokia Klitschko.

The former couple raised Kaya, now 11, together for the first four years, but in 2018, Panettiere gave full custody to Klitschko."

Many people online are talking about how the Hollywood industry eats up and spits out child actors who later become addicted to drugs, many of them dying from drug use later in life. Hayden also released a book where she was very open about what happened to her in Hollywood and her career, and some are theorizing that powerful people wanted her "shut up."

We need to know ALL the details of what happened and whether someone shut her up! This is horrible.

Rest in Peace, Hayden. Definitely way too young.
