This year, I’m doing something different.
Instead of adding more tasks to my plate, I’m teaching AI how to think like a member of my team.

I’m currently connecting 4 things to create what I jokingly call my “AI Chief of Staff.”

1️⃣ Slack

So AI can identify team bottlenecks, recurring questions, missed opportunities, and help me make faster decisions.

2️⃣ Email

Because buried inside your inbox are sales opportunities, podcast invitations, client requests, partnerships, and money.

3️⃣ Google Drive

Every proposal, SOP, strategy document, training, and client win lives here. AI can help me spot patterns, improve systems, and stop reinventing the wheel.

4️⃣ Calendar

Because if my schedule doesn’t match my goals, that’s a problem. I want AI helping me protect CEO time and focus on what actually moves the business forward.

The goal isn’t to replace people.

The goal is to spend less time searching for information and more time making decisions.
Most entrepreneurs are sitting on years of data inside their business but never actually use it.

I’m curious what happens when I finally do.
2026 is the year of working smarter, not adding another 10 things to my to-do list.
