Replacing Outdoor Spigot
Replaced vacuum breaker on my outdoor spigot.

Now water is leaking around the hex nut on the right where the wheel is.

The plastic piece around the hex nut also slides freely back and forth over the nut.

Trying to figure out what I need to replace but not even sure what to search for.

Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Before I glue it all up, is this acceptable?
I had to replace my bathroom sink and the old configuration had an S trap that drained into a pipe through the floor. I read an AAV must be installed to prevent siphoning. Before I make my final cuts and glue everything, does this look acceptable? First time ever doing plumbing work. Open to all suggestions!

I have no idea what im doing and I messed it up, tips for next try?
So, im a general contractor on the side but I usually only do plumbing and electrical. A buddy of mine needed this job taken on but I had no idea how to lay vinyl flooring of any sort. I was given a brief explanation, watched a few videos and gave it a shot.

On top of the jagged edges and the wrinkle type things in the floor, while laying the flooring down we did attempt to flatten it with scrap wood about 5 times over, there's no part of it thats sticking up but if the light hits it right it looks horrible.

They said its okay because its a rental, but I do not like performing sh*tty and making myself look like quality doesn't matter, as a homeowner or renter I would be absolutely pi**ed to see this as a floor. What can I do to make it better for my next try? Thank you all and go ahead and cook me in the comments its deserved lol

Rotted DWV…how screwed am I?
So I found a leak last night in my garage. The original copper DWV where it stubs into the cast iron drain line is rotted. I chiseled away most of the concrete to gain access to the hub. It looks like the cast iron is 4” and my DWV which transitions into PVC is 3”. How big of a job is this repair? Something I should just do myself?

Does this setup look ok?Had to replace all of it. Took several rounds me to Lowe’s to find parts that would work.

Is this a p trap or a s trap.. or an o trap..
Hi! Im a new home owner and learning quickly about the wonders of my sink smelling. I cleaned the p trap out but realized mine isn't shaped like others I saw in videos. It makes a literal P obviously but looks like is possibly a s trap pieces? Could hair wick smells from this over time or am I good with this tube set up.

Any idea what’s leaking in my garage?
I’ve been trying to figure out why there’s a puddle in this spot in my garage for a few weeks. Started happening when I left for vacation. There’s no water spots on the ceiling and all of the duct work is not above where the puddle is.

I’m not sure how I can figure out where the water is coming from knowing this. It really seems like it’s coming from nowhere.

More info: there’s nothing wet in our recycling bin. We don’t put wet clothes here. It’s always in this exact spot. Sometimes it’s a bigger puddle, right now it’s pretty small. It does not seem to coincide with rain. There is an attic directly above the puddle but we can’t spot any water stains or signs of leaking.

Sink Drain Leaking, pls advise on the fix
My kitchen sink is leaking as it seems like the bottom conical part has come apart from the sink base and the gap is where the leak is happening, it was leaking so much that the water went into the basement.
I would really appreciate any advise to fix this. Thanks
