𝐀 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 — 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐠𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮. 🇺🇸
When I published my first cryptogram book, I added a surprise section of puzzles for the 4th of July.
It felt… right. A warm way to say thank you.

Now, as I finish my second book, I knew I wanted to keep that tradition going.
So I did it again — this time with a special set of puzzles for 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐲.

Some are real quotes from people I know — things we’ve said to each other during busy weeks, or funny moments with family.
Each one feels like a tiny snapshot of what this holiday is really about.

“𝐖𝐚𝐢𝐭… 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝟑𝟎𝟕 𝐜𝐫𝐲𝐩𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬?”
A friend asked me that today — totally unexpected.

I smiled, because I’ve actually thought about it a lot.
I love the number 𝟕. And 𝟏𝟏, too. But “311 cryptograms”? It didn’t feel right.
𝟓𝟎𝟕? Too much.
𝟑𝟎𝟕? That one 𝑓𝑒𝑙𝑡 𝑙𝑖𝑘𝑒 𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑒.

There’s no logic behind it — just a quiet click in my heart.
It’s the number my gut picked. The one that stuck.

Sure, maybe the book has a few more puzzles.
But the title?
𝟑𝟎𝟕 𝐂𝐫𝐲𝐩𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬 — that’s who she is.

🍪 While I was digging through quotes for my next book,
my grandma walked in with a tray of cookies.
She handed me one… and said a line she always says.
It made me smile — and I knew I had to include it.
So I did.

Today I was searching for quotes about food.
Not recipes, not trends — but moments.
The kind that stay with you.

A warm kitchen from childhood.
A lost love and their favorite coffee.
Laughter over burnt toast with someone who’s now gone.
The last meal with someone you didn’t know would be the last.

Some quotes made me smile.
Some made me tear up.
But all reminded me how deeply food connects us —
