Here’s how to do it:

1. The Setup: Record yourself in a squat position, then stand up and keep recording for a few more seconds. 📸

2. Second Clip: Record yourself opening the product box. 📦

3. First Split: In the box clip, split right before you open the box and delete the back section. ✂️

4. Second Split: When the box is partially open, make another split. Five seconds later, make one more split and delete the front section. ✂️

5. Overlay: On the clip of yourself, split right before you stand up and delete the back section. Tap Overlay to drop it below and drag it to the beginning. 👯

6. Freeze Frame: At the end of the back clip, tap Freeze to create a freeze frame. ❄️

7. Resize: Drag your overlay to match the cuts, tap Cutout → Remove Background, then resize and position yourself directly above the box. 🪄

8. Final Mask: Move the freeze frame below the clips, match its length, then tap Mask → Split → Invert and place the mask along the edge of the box. 📦
