Bottom watering timelapses are just so satisfying to watch 🌱 I moved my syngonium milk confetti (from .com) to a different room then forgot to water it 🙃 I spotted it today and immediately threw it in some water with some houseplant elixir for good measure!

Water my houseplants with me 💚 Well, like 5% of them anyway! We have plants around the seating area in our kitchen, I usually bottom water them once a week so keep them hydrated!

Plant parent hack 8 💚 My top tip for growing string of pearls in plenty of light from the top! I use my Light (gifted) for mine and it works so well! It’s also bendy so I can get just the right angle ✨

Desperately trying to resist helping out this leaf, it’s just crying for it! 🌱

After my initial experiment to see which pothos propagation grew roots the fastest, the plain water won easily BUT after 2 months, there’s a new winner! I kept the propagated cuttings in their test tubes to see how they grew, the last 2 cuttings weren’t making much progress so I moved them out. But the cutting that had plant food in is doing so well compared to just water, just look! I used the houseplant elixir in this experiment and I think it’s safe to say it works 🌱

Thrips are the actual WORST. I am DETERMINED to win this battle though, I’m protecting my variegated alocasia frydek until the end. I moved it to water a few days ago and I’m treating it with neem oil to make sure the thrips stay away. Wish me luck!
