You are not above the law: allegations of immigration falsehood, facilitation, and online harm in the U.S.
Jawad Madugu Ango, also known as Obama,
(Facebook)https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1E7jj8PRLj/ and his host have become the subject of a serious public-interest complaint involving alleged immigration falsehood and related activities in the United States.

The issue is direct. You cannot sit in America and assume you are above the law. Entry into the United States through false statements violates U.S. federal immigration law. Any attempt to host, assist, or process paperwork for a person who entered through misrepresentation also raises legal concerns.

Jawad Madugu Ango is alleged to have entered the U.S. using falsehood during his immigration process. These are allegations, not a conviction. They are, however, serious enough to justify attention from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Further allegations involve Zea Abdull, (Facebook),https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1ApKS1qnhd/ who is said to be hosting him and assisting with immigration-related paperwork. If verified, this moves beyond hospitality and into possible facilitation of unlawful presence.

Beyond immigration concerns, Jawad Madugu Ango is also alleged to be active on social media spreading falsehood and fake news. According to multiple accounts, this content has contributed to family breakdowns, serious disputes, and social harm within Ghanaian and Zongo communities in New York and Ohio.

These actions are reportedly carried out under the pretext of being “in America,” creating a false impression of authority or protection. Being present in the United States does not grant immunity. U.S. law applies equally, online and offline.

If established, the use of social media to spread false information, inflame conflicts, or destroy families may raise issues beyond immigration, including civil liability and platform rule violations.

This matter is not personal. It is civic.

I have benefited from American taxpayers’ money. I was trained and paid through systems funded by American taxes. As an American-trained journalist, I have a duty to inform when credible allegations point to abuse of U.S. law or public trust.
This article does not pronounce guilt. It calls for scrutiny.

If the allegations are false, investigation will clear them. If they are true, the law should take its course. That is how accountability works.

No one is above the law. Not in America.

The individual concerned is Jawad Madugu Ango, also known as “Obama”, (Facebook) https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1E7jj8PRLj/ a Ghanaian national. I allege that he entered the United States using false statements and misrepresentation during his immigration process.

I further allege that Zea Abdull (Facebook), https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1ApKS1qnhd/ is actively hosting him and assisting with documentation and paperwork intended to regularise his stay, despite the alleged falsehoods surrounding his entry.

These actions, if verified, may constitute immigration fraud and facilitation of unlawful presence under U.S. federal law.

On Zuria FM, Hon. Ben Abdullah Alhasan, MCE for Asokore Mampong, said the Assembly is cracking down on financial leakages, confirming the arrest of two officers over Assembly funds. He outlined ongoing projects including classrooms, roads, drainage works, health facilities, and several astro turf parks, urged residents to pay taxes to support development, and praised Zuria FM for its role in community education.

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of the Asokore Mampong Municipal Assembly, Hon. Ben Abdullah Alhasan, has reaffirmed the Assembly’s commitment to blocking all financial leakages and strengthening accountability in the use of public funds.

Speaking on Zuria FM today, the MCE disclosed that two officers of the Assembly have been arrested over issues relating to the handling of Assembly funds, stressing that his administration will not tolerate financial misconduct.

The MCE made these remarks during the most popular Zongo morning show, Anche Anche, which was hosted by Yussif Abdul Ganiyu Inshola.

Hon. Ben Abdullah Alhasan outlined several ongoing and planned development projects across the municipality, including the construction of 12 classroom units in various communities, health blocks, public toilet facilities, road projects, major drainage works, and the development of multiple astro turf parks being seen across communities to promote youth development and sports. He added that efforts are underway to strengthen the healthcare system to improve service delivery.

He encouraged residents to pay their taxes and levies, explaining that internally generated revenue is key to funding development projects in Asokore Mampong.

The MCE also praised Zuria FM for its role in public education and community engagement, and called on the media to continue supporting accountability and development in the municipality.
